Glutenfreier Schokoflaum

Der Zimt-Skyr passt perfekt zu diesem raffinierten zucker- und glutenfreien Schokoladendessert!

Ingredients
40g organic cacao
2 organic eggs
40g organic agave syrup
60g organic sour cream
80g organic butter
5 tbsp skyr
2 tbsp agave syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
For the cinnamon skyr
Directions
Preheat the oven to 160°C. With a hand mixer, beat the eggs until foamy and set aside. In a separate bowl mix together butter, agave syrup, cacao and sour cream until well combined.
Carefully mix the eggs with the other ingredients and pour the mass into a (silicone) muffin form and bake for around 35 minutes.
Mix together all the ingredients for the skyr and serve your still warm chocolate fluffies together with some fresh berries. Enjoy :-)
