Nussriegel mit Schokoladenüberzug

Ingredients
50g organic popped quinoa
60g organic seeds, I used sunflower, sesame, linseeds
150g organic mixed nuts, I used almonds and peanuts
5 tsp organic honey
Directions
Preheat the oven to 140°C. Roughly chop the nuts and place them in a bowl. Add the seeds and popped quinoa and mix well.
Warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat, until liquid, about 1 minute. Immediately pour the liquid over the nut mixture and promptly stir until well distributed.
Fill the mixture in a baking tin. I used a muffin tin but you can use anything you have at home, that is heat resistant. With a flat object (such as flat bottomed glass), press the mixture firmly in the form, to really press down the mixture, which will help to keep the bar together.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until everything is cooked through. Always have an eye on your bars as they can easily burn.
Take them out of the oven and let them cool down for 45 minutes. Take the bars out of the baking tins and coat them in melted chocolate! Enjoy :)
