Honigglasierte Tomaten mit Burrata
Honey glazed tomatoes with Burrata
Lunch / Dinner / Appetizer
300g organic tomatoes
1 organic burrata
1 tbsp honey
1,5 tbsp organic olive oil
1,5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Some lemon juice
1/4 bunch of mint leaves
2 tbsp nuts, i used pistachios and almonds
Salt & pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, a drizzle of lime juice and a little bit of salt.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Chop the mint leaves and nuts. With a silicone basting brush, glaze the tomatoes with the dressing. Place them in a baking dish and put them into the oven for 20 minutes.
Tear the burrata apart with a fork, and arrange on a plate. When tomatoes are done, spoon the warm mixture with juice over the burrata and sprinkle with chopped nuts and herbs.
