Coconut, mango & banana smoothie

Ingredients
400ml organic coconut milk
2 organic bananas
1 organic mango, fresh or frozen
Some ice cubes, if you use fresh mango
Sesame seeds to garnish
Directions
Cut the fruits into small pieces. Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender,If you don't own one, just use a hand mixer. It will take some time to get everything well blended so pulse a little at first to break down the fruits and continue until everything is smooth.
Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy this refreshing treat on the balcony, poolside or wherever you are right now :)
