Raspberry nice cream

Ingredients
4 organic ripe bananas, cut in pieces and frozen
200g organic frozen raspberries
200g organic skyr
1-2 tbsp sweetener, I did not use any as the bananas were sweet enough for my taste
Directions
Take the frozen fruits out of the freezer and let defrost at room temperature for around 10 minutes.
If you’re one of those lucky persons with a kitchen blender, just put all the ingredients in there and let it do the work for you. If not (like me) just use a hand mixer. It will take some time to get everything well blended. Pulse a little at first to break down the fruits and continue until everything is well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness until satisfied.
Fill the mixture into a freezable container and cover. Freeze at least 5 hours and enjoy with some melted dark chocolate, nuts or peanut butter on top! If you leave it in the freezer overnight, it might take some time to defrost so plan in more time before serving. Enjoy! :)
