Banana loves peanut butter

Ingredients
3 organic bananas
Fresh organic berries, I used blueberries
Toppings, I used almond sticks and shredded coconut
200g frozen organic raspberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sweetener, I used rice syrup
For the raspberry chia marmalade
Directions
Prepare the chia jam: Heat the frozen raspberries in a pot for around 5 minutes on medium heat while stirring and mashing with a fork. When cooled down, add the chia seeds, stir and let cool out. (Stored in the fridge it will stay fresh for around 5 days :)
Wash the fresh berries and cut the bananas lengthwise.
Now the creative part: Decorate your banana halves with peanut butter, chia jam, berries and whatever toppings you love <3 This treat is perfect before running or doing any kind of sports as the banana has a lot of good carbs which will provide you with all the power you need :) Enjoy!
