I probably eat this snack around 4 times a week! Super easy and quick - I don't want you people to miss out on this dreamy combination! Enjoy :)
Ingredients
400g organic cottage cheese
250g organic cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp organic olive oil
1 tbsp seeds, I used sunflower seeds
Fresh herbs to garnish, I used mint
Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Chop the seeds into small pieces.
On a plate prepare the cottage cheese, top with the tomatoes or other veggies and drizzle with olive oil. Salt & pepper, to taste.
Garnish with seeds and herbs and you can enjoy it with a piece of Finn Crisp or some fresh bread. :)
